The goal of The Chosen's creative team is to reach a billion people with the message of Redemption through Jesus Christ over the course of 8 seasons. Season 1 was entirely crowd-funded in record-breaking fashion but believe it or not, Season 2 was fully funded via Pay It Forward and through merchandise sales.
