Because Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior, we are dedicated to sharing the Good News to all who have ears to hear, that in your hearing, you may believe. Sharing the Gospel is our primary mission - to the glory of God alone.
Jesus willingly gave Himself up, to death on the cross, that we might be reconciled to God Almighty.
The Bible tells us that we are all wretched sinners condemned to death by the breaking of God’s perfect law, and as such, we are all separated from God and deserving of His eternal punishment.
But God, in His infinite wisdom and love, provided a way, The Only Way, to reconcile with Him, which is through His Son Jesus Christ.
Jesus perfectly fulfilled God’s law on our behalf and paid the price of our judgment with His life. Jesus is resurrected, has defeated death and sin, and now sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty as our Advocate.
Jesus has reconciled us to the Father and this reconciliation is God’s gift to us and it cannot be bought nor earned but is only given to us by our Creator’s loving grace and mercy, through faith in Christ, as revealed in Scripture, to the good pleasure and glory of God Almighty.
With God’s help, we only need to believe and trust in Jesus as our Lord and Savior to receive this gift of Salvation and Redemption!
Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, as revealed in Scripture alone, to the glory of God alone.
Once we are saved, we receive another gift, which is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit within us. He is our Wonderful Counselor and is Who guides us in paths of righteousness for His namesake.
That is the Gospel! That is The Good News!!!
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. 18 Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.

16 This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. 17 If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? 18 Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.

God is revealed in His holy scripture, the Word, the Bible. This is the place to start. Seek and you shall find. Ask and it will be given to you. Believe and you will be His.

We strive to roast the best coffee possible in order to help those in need. If our coffee were less than excellent, we’d be hard pressed to justify our primary ministry of spreading the Good News. If it were just mediocre or if we skimped on quality for the sake of cost, we’d lose credibility. If we were to run our business unethically, we would also lose credibility. This is why it’s of utmost importance for us to buy the highest quality beans we can, even if it means paying a little extra, and to do things right rather than cutting corners.
Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality coffee scoring exceptionally well in all areas of the Cupper's score with exquisite flavor such that you'll want to drink it black. It’s not about the bottom dollar as much as the desire to produce the very best coffee possible. As a micro-roaster, this goal has been achievable thus far. Most of our coffees come from African countries such as Ethiopia, Burundi, Congo, Rwanda, and Kenya sourced via our wholesaler, Coffee Shrub. These tend to be micro-lots from small-farm co-ops and community washing stations. They are ethical in their growing and harvest practices and provide local populations with opportunities for increasing their income and standard of living.
We search our wholesaler’s stock almost daily to jump on exquisite coffees when they come online. The highly coveted Gesha bean is one example. Rarely are we able to acquire more than 20 lbs at a time as they sell out within hours.
We recently received 150 lbs of beans from 3 different Ethiopian farms with a combined Cupper’s score approaching 93! We’re excited to offer this exquisite blend to you, called, Amazing Grace, a phenomenal coffee you can find in Our Store.
Finally, this business of coffee roasting is simply the combining of two things we love, our passion for Jesus Christ and our love of delicious coffee, for the greater purpose of spreading the Gospel to the world. The financial success of this business will provide the means to accomplish our vision, which is our third purpose of Why We Exist. ...to Help Those in Need.

Our third reason for existing, which is really our God-given vision, is to open local Christian community centers around Texas and eventually around the country geared towards helping the homeless and rescuing people from human-trafficking. Roasting and selling the best coffees possible is the mechanism for funding the community centers. In turn, community centers become the financial fuel and hub for helping people who are in need.
The blueprint for the first community center is already drawn up, closely-guarded, and will rival anything currently available in Austin, TX for believers and non-believers alike. It will be a Christ-centric safe haven for people to get away from the world. A location in Austin is already selected, but only God can make this happen. Truly, this will only happen because He allows it, commissions it, resources it, and moves mountains to make it happen.
As stated earlier, this is our God-given vision designed for His purpose and for His glory. Our main goal is to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. Ultimately, that happens with or without coffee sales. Until then, we will continue to donate a portion of our profits to Mission Possible: Austin, which is a local ministry geared towards helping end generational poverty. Right now, the world is hurting. We are in a spiritual battle like no other and the only solution is Jesus Christ. He has already defeated the enemy; we just have to bring as many out of the dark and into His Light as we possibly can, which is the greatest commission of all-time and is our calling.
